Great location near the airport and easy access to Venice city center. The owners were very helpful and provided clear travel instructions, bus tickets, and a map of Venice. The room was spacious, clean, and had some fun amenities like color-changing lights in the bathroom. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.

The shutters in the bedroom didn't open enough for natural light. It would have been nice to have more natural light in the room.

Very nice hotel in peaceful setting. Very friendly staff, lovely rooms and good breakfast buffet. We stayed one night after cruise that ended in Venice. Would stay there again if we are flying in or out of Venice. Short ride to Venice Marco Polo airport via free hotel shuttle. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, from providing shuttle service to the bus stop to even driving me back after a long day. The rooms were modern, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The restaurant on-site provided one of the best meals I had during my trip to Italy, a perfect ending to my two weeks there.

The only downside of my stay was a misunderstanding with the food at the restaurant. I ordered the "Tartare of Tenderloin" but was not expecting a big clump of uncooked mince with random spices mixed in.

It was a clean very classy place and enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The hotel is new, therefore everything was very squeky clean. We love that there is satellite tv for the kids and free wifi for us to plan our trips. The bed is comfy and big enough to fit me and my husband and my 3.5 yr old son. My baby sleeps free in the cot. The weather was cold outside, but the heater was working great to provide us with heat (I can't say the same for our subsequent hotels in Florence and Rome, we were cold in our room). The location was a little out of the way, but the hotel provides free pickup and drop off from the airport. We went to venice by bus. Breaskfast was really good. The hostess was really attentive. She made us freshly squeezed juice and later tea/coffee. The breakfast includes meat and eggs. The staff were super friendly. We felt really welcomed. We would come again given the chance. All in all, I think this is the best place to stay to visit Venice. We didnt want to lug around luggage to Venice city by bus.

The location is a bit out of the way if you dont have a car. We relied on the hotel's shuttle to get to the bus stop and supermarket. The driver was very accomodating and friendly.

The value for money was excellent, with a modern and comfortable room. The location was convenient for flying out the next day, with a shuttle service to the airport. The staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

This hotel was far superior than what we expected. The location was close to the airport and the free airport shuttle available 24 hrs, which was very convienent. They arranged a private shuttle from cruise port to the hotel; this was so convienent and less costly than a taxi, cruise ship bus transport to airport (which would have required additional shuttle to hotel), or boat ride to airport. The hotel was immaculant and in a little country setting just outside of town. They greeted and checked us in mid morning, with a gracious affect, and wonderful cappuchinos. The room and bathroom were large, immaculant and very comfortable. Restaurant next door was excellent. Many locals there in the evening which says a lot about their cusine.

We had a fantastic stay at a cosy hotel near Venice. The newly renovated rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The WiFi worked well and the staff were friendly. We took advantage of the free shuttle service to the nearest bus station, which made it easy to reach Venice in just 20 minutes. We also appreciated the option to have breakfast at the hotel, with fresh juice, good coffee, and delicious pastries. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and helpful amenities.

The hotel is so well situated - only 10 mins drive from Marco Polo airport - and free pick up and drop off in a large comfortable van. We loved being just out of the busier area and enjoyed the rural setting. Most of the staff spoke good english and the rooms were extremely modern and beautifully furnished - such a big, comfy bed! A fantastic breakfast was included and dinner at the family-run restaurant was superb. Roberto even drove us to a lovely nearby restaurant on the Sun night when the restaurant was closed.

We spent two nights and booked two rooms each night.We then recommended the hotel to our other friends who stayed one night. A week later, we needed to cancel a night that we had booked before our return home. As it was a non-refundable room we had to pay the full cost. Booked.net appealed on our behalf but the hotel would not relent. We felt that some consideration could have been given as we had been good customers. However it is still a beautiful hotel.

you might want to cover the cold meats in the breakfast buffet because a fly was walking all over. the restaurant nearby does have great steaks, but be prepared to spend 3 hours there because of the glacial speed of service

Eveything from the moment we arrived was fantastic - the staff, welcoming, room, view. The breakfast was outstanding and the owners direct involvement in the management of the business is obvious.

Rami (sp?) was amazing - from guiding us to the hotel by phone, the checkin orientation with drinks and overall level of service incredible

a bit of a hassle getting the mini-bus to the bus stop and then catching bus into Venice - but a bargain deal
